KubeSense Alerts

Two distinct jobs, don't confuse them:

• Reading alerts — what's firing, what breached, is it chronic. Pure MCP tool calls.
• Creating alerts — either the create-alert MCP tool (validated, one rule) or import JSON (reviewable in the UI, supports bulk).

Routing
