The skill calls the Materials Project API at runtime (public third-party data) via MPRester(...).materials.thermo.get_phase_diagram_from_chemsys(...), and then serializes the returned phase-diagram entries (including CIF/text fields) into JSON that is LLM-readable prose/context for downstream agent use—an outsider source (public web content fetched at runtime) path.
