The runtime path scripts/find_pathways.py calls MPRester().get_entries_in_chemsys(chemsys) to fetch Materials Project computed entries, and those entries are outsider-authored database content that is ingested as readable text/structured data into the reaction-network/LLM context (via printed/logged reaction strings and JSON outputs).
