E2E Testing

Canonical manual E2E uses exact root key test:e2e and deployed HTTPS non-production mode only. Local test:e2e:local and CI modes are loopback-only. A private capability binds mode, operation, query/fragment-free URL, target, deployment, run, database, and service identities. Collection requires explicit --list/no-test-body operation and exposes exact Chromium only, without setup or web-server dependency graphs. Reject every other pairing; missing, mismatched, insecure, non-loopback HTTP, or production input fails before collection.
