This skill performs runtime WebFetch calls to raw GitHub URLs (e.g. https://raw.githubusercontent.com/LerianStudio/ring/main/dev-team/docs/standards/golang/core.md and the other raw.githubusercontent.com/LerianStudio/ring/... URLs listed) and injects that fetched content directly into explorer prompts as the authoritative "Standards" used to control each agent's instructions, so these external URLs are runtime dependencies that directly control agent prompts.
