The scripts and examples perform runtime requests to the Letta control-plane (e.g. https://api.letta.com/v1/agents/$AGENT_ID and https://api.letta.com/v1/conversations/$CONVERSATION_ID) to read and PATCH agent system prompts and compaction prompts/settings, so remote content from that URL can directly control agent prompts at runtime.
