Interview

The interview output is a design, not a spec. It should carry the product framing normally expected from a PRD, but inside the design artifact. After design alignment, route by scope and domain: broad work needs a plan from skill://lev-plan; a bounded coding slice uses that skill's slice review or packet with the plan recorded as not required; non-coding work can use a sufficient plan directly with its domain execution owner.
