CLI and discovery

Use scripts/relay from this skill directory (Python 3.9+, standard library). The installed public command is relay. Always set --relay-id to this exact Codex thread ID for stateful calls. Full machine + agent + profile + session ID is authoritative; names and four-character prefixes are display only.
