Bump VERSION files for trading bots and create a commit.

Usage

/bump [patch|minor|major] [bot-names...]

Examples:

• /bump patch keltner ml — bump keltner and ml patch versions
• /bump minor ema — bump ema minor version
• /bump patch all — bump all bots
