Metal Sweep

The user runs parameter sweeps constantly and repeatedly has to stop Claude for defaulting to Python ("kill the agent...you can't effectively sweep in Python", "Any sweeps MUST use Swift"). Python sweeps are 100-1000× slower. Default to the Metal kernel.
