Plugin runtime

When this Skill runs through a plugin, cloud host, or remote machine, read the plugin execution contract at entry and apply its host, tool, and persistence checks before host-specific commands. Keep this Skill's scope, authorization, and acceptance gates.

On first use after enabling the plugin, check that this Skill and the shared runtime reference are readable, identify the actual host and available tools, then route only the current user goal to the smallest needed Skill and references. Use existing user materials and authorization; do not scan the whole library or write a global instruction file as routine setup. Distinguish a readable file from observed loading in a new task.

The library snapshot ships with TavernWeave. Use its router to load only the standing check and the smallest matching domain set for each task.
