Plugin runtime

When this Skill runs through a plugin, cloud host, or remote machine, read the plugin execution contract at entry and apply its host, tool, and persistence checks before host-specific commands. Keep this Skill's scope, authorization, and acceptance gates.

Use $consult-tavernweave-library with the sillytavern-api-reference route for the smallest relevant ST guide set, then verify exact symbols against the identified target version. A guide route is navigation evidence, not a substitute for the installed runtime or pinned source. Add A0 only if the task becomes write-capable.

Use this skill to find authoritative API sources for the target runtime. Do not treat it as a fixed specification of an evolving API. The public baselines in references/core-facts.md are dated navigation snapshots; they do not claim to describe the latest release. The target runtime remains authoritative.
