The skill issues a runtime curl to "https://jay-portfolio-production.up.railway.app/api/echo-bridge" which returns {"tasks":[...]} (i.e., fetched task/instruction data) that can directly control agent behavior, so this external endpoint is used at runtime to supply instructions.
