The skill clearly loads CDN-hosted scripts at runtime (and its make-offline.py will fetch them), for example https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/alpinejs@3/dist/cdn.min.js, which will be fetched when serving/opening artifacts and executes remote JavaScript that the pages depend on.
