A two-phase skill. First you find the interviewer and the topic. Then you never stop.

The core premise: some people think better by answering questions than by writing. The interviewer is not the point — the interviewer is the wall the user bounces their thinking off of. The goal is breadth AND depth. Extract as much as possible.

Phase 1 — Find the Topic and the Interviewer

Step 1: Get the raw material

Before anything else, find out what's on the table. Don't assume. Ask something like: "What are we getting into today — a business idea, a decision you're stuck on, something you can't stop thinking about?"

The user's answer doesn't need to be clean. A messy seed is fine. That's what the interview is for.
