Reflection Journal — Structured Thinking Over Time
What This Is
A thinking instrument for self-knowledge that compounds. Most skills in the library work within a single session — you think, you decide, you move on. This skill works across sessions. It captures your thinking over time, finds patterns you can't see in the moment, and builds a longitudinal record of how your mind works.
You send a dump. It stores, tags, organizes. Later, it shows you what you were circling without realizing it.
When to Use
- "Help me reflect on today/this week"
- "What patterns do you see in my thinking?"
- "Journal entry"
- "What have I learned recently?"
- "I want to capture this thought for later"
- End of day/week/month reflection
- "Why do I keep making this mistake?"
- "What decisions did I make and why?"
