AGENTS.md: The minimal course-state and handoff ledger. Its shared-rules pointer governs formal readiness, routing, and recovery.
Learner.md: Advisor's consolidated account of conceptual mastery, applied execution, misconceptions, scaffolds, and constraints.

Use the recorded action and relevant artifacts to establish what is due. A premature invocation preserves course state and directs the learner to the required action. Missing or contradictory state follows shared recovery rules.
