Implement

Read the ticket, its Blocked by relationships, the approved spec, CONTEXT.md, docs/glossary.md, relevant ADRs, and repository instructions. Do not start a blocked ticket. Confirm architecture if the ticket exposes a consequential choice.

Implement one tracer-bullet vertical slice at a time. Start with a failing test at the highest agreed public seam, implement the smallest coherent change across the relevant layers, and keep the product behavior demonstrable. Avoid speculative abstractions and horizontal layer-only work. Preserve unrelated changes.

Run focused checks after each red → green cycle, then the repository's typecheck, lint, build, and broader test commands when available. Report what ran and its result. Update the ticket status and acceptance evidence when the configured tracker supports it. Do not claim completion without evidence; surface blockers instead of silently working around them.
