Codex 会话阅读 · Codex Session Reader

读取指定 Codex task/thread 的近期状态与回合摘要，帮助用户核对进度、结果和是否需要继续操作。

Triggers

Activate when

• 用户说“查看这个 Codex 会话”“读取任务进度”“这个 task 做到哪了”。
• User asks to “read the Codex session”, “inspect task status”, or summarize a thread.

Do not activate when

• 用户要统计 token 用量，应使用 lov-codex-thread-usage。
• 用户要打开或导航到任务，应使用宿主的任务导航能力。

User Profile (cross-session)

Read skill.yaml and the shared user-profile/v1 context on every run. Do not persist thread IDs, transcripts, credentials, or inferred paths. Persist only direct durable preferences through scripts/profile_store.py.
