Turn one local Skill into a scenario-first trust brief rather than an evidence explorer. The standalone HTML answers when the Skill is the right choice, shows its input-to-outcome transformation as one uninterrupted reading path, and then separates source declarations, supporting capability, checks, and unproven effect. Mermaid remains editable secondary evidence, not the primary interface and not proof that the target Skill works.
