Start and route
Setup and sync run inside this bundle as $luke-mode setup and
$luke-mode sync (/luke-mode setup and /luke-mode sync in Cursor Cloud and
Claude Code). Matt's toolkit and PStack's verification-authoring skills are
external dependencies installed by setup.
