Novig — Public Exchange Markets (read-only)

What this skill returns:

• ✅ Events (league, sport, status, UTC start_time), catalog markets (type, strike, fee, voids, outcomes), and order books.
• ✅ Order-book prices: best_bid per outcome (a probability), best_bid_qty in contracts, best_bid_payout_usd (qty × $0.01), and derived_ask = 1 − best opposite bid, for two-outcome markets only.
• ❌ Prices from the catalog. A market without a book has no price; an empty or malformed book returns null, never 0.
• ❌ Trading, trades history, streaming. Books are a cached snapshot (price_basis: "cached_snapshot", execution_guaranteed: false).
