SUSPICIOUS: the core purpose is coherent with dialogue audio generation, and data appears to flow to the expected inference.sh service, but the skill relies on transitive skill installation, broad `belt *` shell permissions, and credential/content forwarding through an external CLI. This is not confirmed malware, but it is higher-trust and broader-scope than a narrowly scoped ElevenLabs dialogue skill should be.
