Organizers usually do not know attendees' diagnoses: offer advance accessible materials, captions where available, processing time, written/async input, breaks and flexible participation to everyone. Access essential for some can benefit others (the curb-cut effect), without guaranteeing every option helps everyone or replacing individual accommodations. Use access and preference guidance when designing participation, including private requests and conflicting needs.

Adapt to purpose, relationship, stakes, scale and the requested stage. Use only the detail and artifacts that make this task useful; do not impose every template.
