SUSPICIOUS: install sources are mostly consistent and there is no clear credential theft or exfiltration, but the skill’s actual purpose is to validate and support bypass of Android Play Integrity/root-detection controls. That offensive/evasion capability makes the skill high risk and not a benign general ADB helper.
