Use this skill to build correct, reusable, performant Jetpack Compose UI.

Default posture: reuse first. Before creating a new component, search the project for existing ui-kit/design-system components and feature-local components. Add reusable components to the ui-kit module, not to random feature modules, and document them so future work can discover them.

• Designing composable APIs, parameters, modifiers, slots, and naming: read references/component-api.md.
