Interview relentlessly; capture raw fragments without outline/phases. If path missing, ask once and remember. Re-read before every write to preserve edits. Capture from first prompt.

First write: one H1 working title, then fragments; no metadata/TOC/date.

A fragment is author-readable, not necessarily self-contained: sentence, claim, vignette, code, analogy, half-thought, quote, complaint, punchline.
