Logistics and Freight Lead Generation
Logistics is heavily licensed and heavily documented. Operator licences, customs authorisations, freight association memberships and vehicle records are public in most countries, and every one of them carries a size indicator.
That makes it possible to filter on actual operating scale — vehicles authorised, warehouse square footage, customs status — rather than on a self-reported employee count.
Who actually buys
| Type | Who decides |
|---|---|
| Owner-driver / 1-5 vehicles | The owner. Minimal budget |
| 5-40 vehicles | Owner or transport manager. Good target |
| 40-200 vehicles | Operations director, fleet manager, or IT lead |
| 3PL / warehouse operator | Operations or supply chain director |
| Freight forwarder | Branch manager or commercial director |
| Large network / parcel carrier | Central procurement, very long cycle |
The transport manager is a licensed, named role in many jurisdictions and appears on the operator licence record. That makes them findable by name, which is rare in any vertical.
