Speaker and Guest Appearance Lead Generation
Someone who appears on a podcast or a webinar has spent an hour describing their role, their priorities, their tech stack and what's currently hard about their job — on the record, searchable, with their name and company attached.
No other source gives you that much qualified context per prospect. It's slow to work through and almost nobody does it.
What an appearance gives you
| Signal | How to read it |
|---|---|
| Name, title, company | Confirmed and current as of the recording date |
| The topic they were invited on | Their acknowledged area of expertise |
| Problems they describe | Stated pain, in their own words, quotable |
| Tools they mention | Stack, self-disclosed |
| Team size and structure mentioned | Scale |
| Priorities they name | What they're being measured on |
| Willingness to appear publicly | Comfortable talking to strangers |
That last row matters more than it looks. People who go on podcasts are, by selection, willing to have a conversation with someone they don't know. That's a meaningfully higher reply rate than a cold list of the same seniority.
