Multi-Channel Sequence Orchestration
A prospect who receives an email, then an unrelated LinkedIn connection request, then a cold call referencing neither, experiences three disconnected interruptions rather than one coherent, escalating attempt at contact. A properly orchestrated sequence uses each channel's strength deliberately, has each touch reference the ones before it, and treats the whole thing as a single, designed cadence rather than several separate campaigns running in parallel by accident.
Match each channel to what it's actually good for
Email detail, a written record, easy to forward internally
to another stakeholder
LinkedIn visibility and warmth-building, lower-pressure than
a direct ask
Phone the fastest way to have a real, two-way conversation
once there's a reason to expect the call

Direct mail a physical, memorable touch for the highest-value
