Anarlog project update

An Anarlog session is evidence for a Project Update: changes to project documentation, requirements, or task context. It does not authorize implementing the commitments as code.

Establish the projects

Treat the workspace in which this skill was invoked as the Current Project. An explicitly named project or path takes precedence; a nested Git repository does not silently change the boundary. Read the Current Project's instructions and domain documentation before updating it.

For a session that discusses more than one project, classify each decision and commitment as current-project, other-project, or uncertain. Continue clear Current Project updates, identify the other projects, and ask what to do with their information. Do not route uncertain or unrelated information until the user answers.
