Accessibility Design Review
Review a defined interface state for barriers that can be located, explained, and retested. This is a diagnostic skill. It does not certify a product, generate ARIA mechanically, or replace user testing and assistive-technology review.
Trigger and boundary
Use for an accessibility audit/review of an existing component, page, or workflow: keyboard operation, labels, focus, forms, dynamic updates, responsive reflow, or accessible interaction design.
Do not use for a request to implement a component, make a narrow code change,
or merely run an already configured scanner. Route implementation to
frontend-ui-engineering, tool execution to the selected browser/verifier
owner, and a proven runtime defect to its technical owner.
