Adversarial Idea Review

Purpose

An idea is not ready because it sounds coherent.

This skill tries to break the idea before reality does.

The job is not to produce negativity, perform contrarian theatre, or prove the author wrong. The job is to expose the cheapest available failure modes while change is still cheap, then turn the surviving insight into stronger product, scope, positioning, contracts, operations, pricing, adoption, and validation gates.

For early product exploration, this skill is a mandatory companion to idea-refine. Divergence without adversarial pressure creates attractive stories. Adversarial pressure without synthesis creates paralysis. Use both.
