When This Skill Activates

This skill triggers when the user needs to:

• Create a new skill from scratch or from an existing workflow
• Convert recurring tasks, code patterns, or review processes into a skill
• Improve an existing skill's description, instructions, or output quality
• Debug why a skill isn't triggering or is producing poor results
• Package a skill for distribution (.skill file or directory)
• Build a skill library or design system for a team
