The code is a local HTML rendering utility, not clear malware. It contains security weaknesses: it executes arbitrary scripts embedded in the input HTML, disables Chromium sandboxing and uses single-process mode, and interpolates an unescaped selector into evaluated JavaScript. The supplied fragment also appears nonfunctional because of malformed JavaScript text and undefined rendering functions. No credential theft, persistence, destructive behavior, reverse shell, or explicit exfiltration is present.
