Profile scope and official documentation

Read docs/agents/stack.md when present. Applies to apps in the default frontend profile or explicitly adopting it; existing apps keep their conventions and this skill does not authorize migration. Before starting, load react-architecture (structure, routing, data), design-system (theme, typography, shadcn), api-contracts and strict-typescript if they are not already loaded. Official docs: the llms.txt indexes named in those skills.

Call the host's skill tool separately for those dependencies; if unavailable, read their installed SKILL.md files. For a bug fix, load diagnosing-bugs before implementation unless its reproduction and diagnosis evidence came from the coordinating workflow. If a required skill or a selected conditional workflow (diagnosis, TDD or review) is not installed, report its name and the affected phase. State and execute a concrete manual substitute or leave the phase pending; an unavailable entrypoint does not count as loaded.
