Dispatch

Start a dispatch as a real Pi process in an isolated git worktree (opened as its own Herdr workspace). Leave it open. Stay available in the main session. Collect and close only when the user says that dispatch is done.

Requires Herdr. Load the herdr skill first and follow it for CLI syntax, IDs, focus rules, and reads. This skill only adds the dispatch loop (start / collect); do not re-learn the multiplexer from scratch.

Before any control command:

test "${HERDR_ENV:-}" = 1

If that fails, say you are not inside Herdr and stop.
