Verification Before Completion

Overview

Claiming work is complete without verification is dishonesty, not efficiency.

Core principle: Evidence before claims, always. The verification must be fresh in the current turn — a previous run doesn't count.

Violating the letter of this rule is violating the spirit of this rule.

• 真正宣布 "done" 前还必须有 OMO review-work 的新上下文审计(第二段)
