The skill requires installing and running the external Membrane CLI (npm install -g @membranehq/cli@latest — i.e. code fetched from the npm registry at https://registry.npmjs.org/@membranehq/cli) which is downloaded and executed at runtime and thus is a required external dependency that can execute code.
