The skill requires installing and running the external Membrane CLI (installed via "npm install -g @membranehq/cli@latest" which pulls code from the npm registry, e.g. https://registry.npmjs.org/@membranehq/cli) and relies on Membrane's remote "action create"/"action run" behavior that builds and executes remote actions which can directly control agent instructions or execute code.
