The skill is an integration with Temenos T24 Transact — a core banking system — and explicitly exposes banking concepts: Account (balance), Transaction, and Payment. It uses Membrane to create, discover, and run actions (membrane action run ...) against a Temenos connection, and describes running actions with JSON inputs and outputs. This is not a generic browser or HTTP tool: it is specifically designed to interact with a banking API and can be used to initiate transactions/payments directly.
