Non-negotiable invariant

Each visible pager page or ordinary route has exactly one vertical scroll owner. Never nest same-axis scroll owners.

Application/domain providers whose state must survive route changes wrap ReactRouterPageTransition; never instantiate them inside a transition render snapshot. Retained pages must observe one store so changes made on a child route are still present after Back.
