Purpose

Build content-driven pages with Astro's content system: authoring in Markdown/MDX, typed collections with schemas, querying at build or request time, and the content layer for loaders and external sources.

When to Use

Activate when the task involves:

• Markdown or MDX pages and components
• content collections: defining, querying, rendering
• schemas and validation for frontmatter
• the content layer: glob loader, custom loaders, caching
• content-driven getStaticPaths
• data collections (JSON/YAML)
• migrating between content APIs (older config location vs newer)
