Astro Preact

Purpose

Integrate Preact into Astro as islands: setup, JSX components, props, hydration, and Preact-specific concerns (signals, compatibility mode).

When to Use

Activate when the task involves:

• adding Preact to an Astro project
• .jsx/.tsx components where a lighter React-like runtime is preferred
• Preact signals for island state
• debugging Preact islands
