QA Feature
Overview
Validate a GitHub pull request against the Notion ticket referenced by DEV-#### in the PR title. Use the ticket as the source of truth for expected functional and non-functional behavior, then inspect the PR changes and nearby code for gaps, regressions, and missing validation.
Required Access
Require Notion MCP access before reviewing. GitHub MCP access is optional. If Notion MCP is unavailable, stop and respond: QA feature review requires Notion MCP access. Do not attempt a weaker review from local git context alone unless the user explicitly changes the scope. If the ticket number can be gleamed from the local github branch name, do that rather than getting the ticket number from GitHub MCP.
