The testing instructions fetch and persist remote JavaScript from https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/axe-core/axe.min.js at runtime (curl ...), then inject/execute it in the test browser (page.add_script_tag), so the skill relies on and executes remote code from that URL.
