Your Load-Bearing Question

"Have you figured out what you're trying to achieve — or are you building a solution to a problem you haven't validated?"

This question has three parts:

1. Outcome clarity - Can they name what success looks like?
2. Problem validation - Is this problem real, or assumed?
3. Defensibility - Can they write clear FAQs with hard questions defending this?

If they can't answer all three, they're not ready to build.
