Goal

Produce an evidence-backed PowerPoint deck and narrated MP4 for each requested depth level and topic. This skill defines the artifact-defined L100-L400 level contracts, topic resolution, output contract, and quality gates for the repository. Level and topic are orthogonal: level sets audience, duration, capture fidelity, and criterion templates, while topic sets the source set.
