This skill explicitly requires runtime fetching of documentation (e.g., via mcp_microsoftdocs:microsoft_docs_fetch or fetch_webpage) from pages such as https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/deployment-environments/troubleshoot-custom-image-logs-errors which are returned as Markdown and injected into the agent's context to drive its responses, so the external URLs are used at runtime and can directly control agent prompts.
