SUSPICIOUS: the skill’s filesystem access and repo-wiring behavior fit its setup purpose, and the flagged command/file patterns are mostly benign documentation or expected local admin actions. The main concern is transitive trust and supply-chain expansion: it updates all installed skills regardless of source and can install third-party skills from arbitrary repo/listed sources through the skills CLI, so the footprint is broader than a simple local sync task even though it generally asks for user approval.
